Our world is constantly changing and evolving. So far, 2020 has taught us many lessons - one of the most important being we need to take our personal protection and our potential impact on our fellow human beings’ health very seriously.
As we studied the current environment, we started identifying gaps in how our healthcare customers are risking impacting their own health every day by just treating their patients as they always have. Our “Cobra” system pulls air in through a multi-filament HEPA filter and the system then treats that air with UV-C ultraviolet light that can reduce the possibility of spreading contaminated air to our customers or their patients. We also decided to offer UV-C ultraviolet standalone units to provide our healthcare customers with the ability to treat the air in their treatment rooms, waiting rooms, and office spaces which can help reduce the possibility of spreading contaminated air. Zaegis Fulfillment Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders placed through the Zaegis website are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, orders are shipped according to the selected shipping method at checkout.
Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Policy
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier but typically range between:
· Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
· International: 7–21 business days
Zaegis is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

4. Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
· The product is unused and in original condition
· The product is in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

5. Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected:
· Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
· Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Zaegis error
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or defective:
· Customers must notify Zaegis within 7 days of delivery
· Include photos and order details when contacting support
Zaegis will provide either:
· A replacement product, or
· A full refund (including shipping, if applicable)
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. For all other cases, customers must:

8. Chargebacks & Disputes
